At StriveTape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer refunds and returns under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are available 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products can be returned even if they have been used.

2. Return Process

  • To guarantee a return, customers must send a message explaining what didn’t work with the product.
  • No matter the reason provided, customers will receive their return or refund once the message is received.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method by default.
  • If requested, store credit can be arranged instead of a refund.

4. Return Shipping

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
  • StriveTape will cover the cost of shipping for all product returns—customers do not need to pay for return shipping.
